How does the automatic pet food dispenser work ?

The dispenser is programmable to serve specific portions of food at designated times via the built-in screen or mobile app. It is compatible with dry kibble and can be set to deliver multiple meals per day.

How I do clean and maintain the dispenser ?

The food container and bowl are removable for easy cleaning with warm water and mild soap. Ensure they are completely dry before reassembling to avoid any malfunction.

 How will I know when to refill the food reservoir ?

The dispenser has a food level indicator and sends notifications trough the mobile app when the food level is low.

 Can the dispenser be used for multiple pets ?

Yes, the dispenser can be used for multiple pets, but it will dispense the same portion size for each meal. If your pets have different dietary needs, it might be better to use separate dispensers.

 What are the preparation and shipping times ? 

Orders are shipped within 48 hours. They are delivered in 2/3/4 weeks for Europe and other countries.

 How can I check the status of my order ? 

After an order has been placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our shipping centers, from which your item will be shipped. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. You can then check the progress of the delivery on our website in the "Track my order" tab using your email address and order number.

 How to place an order ? 

Simply choose your items and click on the "ADD TO CART" button, start again for each item, then go to your cart and follow the steps to complete your order until payment. We will prepare this one and send you an order confirmation email.

 What payment methods do you accept ? 

We accept Visa and Mastercard bank cards as well as payments via Paypal. Checks and transfers are not accepted.

Is the payment secure ? 

 Absolutely, our store is completely secure and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. We used Stripe and Paypal's secure payment systems. 

I still haven’t received my order, what should I do ? 

 Have you received the shipping confirmation of your order? If your order has been shipped for more than 5 weeks, contact us with your order number, we will launch a survey and get back to you within 48 hours.

I ordered several items and I only received part of my order, is this normal ? 

 Yes, it's quite normal. To minimize your wait, we ship all items separately as soon as they are ready to be shipped. The rest of your order should arrive in the coming days.

 I received a damaged/defective item, what should I do ? 

 We are sorry about that, unfortunately this can happen. Please contact us by explaining the problem and attaching a photo as proof, we will do our best to find a solution.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I be refunded ? 

Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that would not give you complete satisfaction. You must print the withdrawal form, send it to us by email and return your items to the address indicated (a return number will be communicated to you before return). The return is made exclusively by post to our address and the return costs remain at your expense communicated by email in return for your request. Upon receipt, your order will be fully refunded. What are the conditions to benefit from the “ satisfied or refunded “ guarantee ?

You must be within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to be able to benefit from the "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee, you must contact us before any return in order to follow the procedure indicated and the product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

 In which cases will I not be able to be refunded ? 

1. If the product has been used and is therefore not resellable as is.

2. If the shipment has not arrived at its destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated when ordering. 

3. If the return process has not been respected.
