Returns policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
* Books with obvious signs of use
* Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes, or vinyl records
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post. Next, contact your bank. Refunds often have a processing delay before they appear.

Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at bowlpaws.com@gmail.com and send your item to: 14 Route de St Marcelin, St Romain Le Puy, Rhône Alpes, 42610, France.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who purchased the gift had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser, who will then be aware that you returned the gift.

Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 14 Route de St Marcelin, St Romain Le Puy, Rhône Alpes, 42610, France.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over €75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
